CONTRACT

The HealthPlus Dental Plan gives your clients the very best immediate savings on Dentistry, Pharmacy,
Chiropractic and Eye Wear. Plus, you as the broker, will earn top commission with residual income for years to come. Look below to see how we compare to Dental Insurance. Also, there is never a fee to become an Sales Associate  with us.

Earn 40% Commission on each sale
As an independent Associate your commission paid is 40% of the member fee.  Commissions are         
paid Bi-Weekly (every 2 weeks) Directly to you.
Earn 20% Commission on renewals
When your client renews we pay you. To be paid on renewals you must be an active associate in good 
standings with our company.
We renew the client for you each year
We renew the client for you.  One month prior to their expiration date we send them a renewal
notice. Once they renew we pay you!
No Sign up fee to become an Associate
We never charge any associate to contract with us. And no monthly fee!
You work independent with no quotas
There are no quotas with us! You sell we pay! 
Groups rates available for your clients
Group rates are available for your group clients.  We give them a 10% discount for a group of three     
or more. Plus we have monthly rates for the group.
Brochures Provided at no charge
We provide brochures at no charge to you.
Our staff will assist your clients in placement with a Dentist
We will assist your client with a selection of a dentist at any time.  They also can change Dentist at     
any time.
Our Associate Sales Assistance Program
This is a unique program where you email us the information on your interested client and we will
close the sale for you.  Plus, you receive the same commission !!!

With DENTAL INSURANCE You:

• Have a maximum yearly benefits of $750.00 and $1500.00 per year.
  
• Pay high premiums that go up yearly.
  
• Wait up to 180 days for your coverage to take effect.
  
• Have claim forms to file and deductibles to pay.
